We want receiving your House of Clara order to feel just as lovely as choosing it. Every parcel is checked, carefully packed and entrusted to one of our reliable courier partners.

Delivery Timeframes

We process orders as quickly as possible so that your parcel can begin its journey to you. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 working days.

Main City Centres
2–4 working days Estimated delivery after your order has been dispatched.
Outlying & Rural Areas
3–7 working days Estimated delivery after your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays or severe weather.

Tracking Your Parcel

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS containing your tracking details. You can then follow your parcel's journey until it arrives safely at your door.
