Turn every session into a sweat session. These heat-maximizing shorts use Bio-Ceramic technology to reflect your body heat as far infrared rays (FIR), gently increasing thermal activity around the hips, thighs and core. The flattering, high-waist design offers moderate compression for tummy coverage, while flatlock seams and a built-in phone pocket keep training comfortable and hands-free—on land or in the water.

How to Wear
- Wear directly against clean, dry skin for best heat build-up.
- Pull waistband to sit comfortably high on the waist; smooth legs for an even fit.
- Train as normal (cardio/HIIT/strength) or wear during daily activity; hydrate well.
- For water use, rinse with fresh water after swimming.
- After each session, turn inside-out to air dry. See care notes below.
Care Instructions
- Hand wash cold with mild detergent. Do not bleach.
- Do not tumble dry or wring; air dry flat away from direct heat/sun.
- Do not iron. Do not dry-clean.
- Store completely dry to preserve elasticity and shape.
